DESCRIPTION:Join us in celebrating Rides & Vibes 5th anniversary as the Grand Junction Sports Commission hosts one of the biggest mountain bike races in Western Colorado. \nDay One (May 8) features a Pro Fat Tire Criterium in Downtown Grand Junction along with a community crit and kids ride\, creating a welcoming environment for all riders of all ages and abilities. The evening transitions into a music festival featuring live bands\, local vendors\, and beer on site.\nDay Two (May 9) shifts into Cross Country Mountain Bike races across Grand Junction trails featuring The Fresh 15\, The Dirty 30\, The Filthy 40\, and The Pros. DESCRIPTION:Ride the Moon\nTour of the Moon was made famous in the 1980’s Coors Classic and later in the cycling movie American Flyers. Its legacy continues as one of the premier road cycling events in the western United States\, which showcases the Colorado National Monument and its towering monoliths\, sheer-walled red rock canyons\, and panoramic views. \nRegistration is capped at 2\,200 participants so be sure to sign up early. A portion of registration fees support One Riverfront and Bicycle Colorado. \n
