Refund and Return Policy

REFUND POLICY

We hope that no returns are necessary because you love your items so much the only reason you would contact us again is to buy more! But we realize that life doesn’t always go as planned and maybe your order isn’t absolutely perfect. The size isn’t quite right, the fit is off, etc. Whatever the reason, we do accept returns as long as the item(s) are in their original condition. Not worn. Not stinky. Not damaged. Regardless of why you’re returning your item(s), we hope you’ll give it another try and find the perfect fit, color, outfit. Everyone needs a little high quality athletic apparel and honestly, the truth looks good on you. So try us again. 

Important returns & exchange information

  • We do not offer free returns or exchanges for International orders.
  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in original (unused and unwashed) condition to be eligible for a refund. If your returned items are found to be in unsatisfactory condition (obviously worn or damaged) then your refund may be adjusted.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
  • For exchanges, once we receive and process your returned item, we’ll promptly approve your exchange and ship your new item to you. If we cannot accommodate your exchange request due lack of inventory, we will reach out to you to find another item or process a refund to your original form of payment.

Returns are in 5 easy steps

  • Securely pack your items. Please use the original plastic bag/box that your order was mailed in, if possible.
  • Reach out to us at shopping@avidcyclist.com and we will send you a prepaid return label and pack slip
  • Print your pack slip or gather the packing slip included in your original shipment. Pack this with your return.
  • Print your return shipping label and affix to your package.
  • Within the next 2 weeks, take your packed return to any USPS location if returning from the US. For Canadian returns, you’ll have the option to purchase a Canada Post return label.

Refunds

  • Once your return is processed, we will notify you we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If a purchase is made with part gift card, part credit and a refund is requested, the gift card will be refunded first, and any remaining refund amount will be refunded to the credit card.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
