Founded in 1983 by Stephen Bilenky, Bilenky Cycle Works is a renowned Philadelphia-based custom bicycle manufacturer specializing in high-end handcrafted steel bicycle frames. With hundreds of custom bikes built over the years, the team continues to craft art that will propel cyclists around the world, all built by hand in their workshop in northeast Philadelphia. They offer custom bicycle frames, retrofits for S&S couplers, frame repairs, and build forks, racks, and stems. In 2010, they founded the Philadelphia Bike Expo, now one of the largest cycling trade shows in the US.
