SportFit Lab is the premier triathlon coaching and performance program in Northern Virginia, founded by Doug Baumgarten in 2010. They offer a full range of personalized training services, including scientific bike fitting, physiological testing, and coaching for triathletes, runners, cyclists, and swimmers, catering to all levels from beginners to Ironman competitors. The business was established as an extension of Sportfit Consulting LLC, which Doug founded in 2007.
