Why do I Ride BIKE MS?
By: A.V. Schmit BIKE MS is an event that started in Minnesota, in 1980. Since that time cycling events hosted by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society have raised more than 1.4 Billion dollars. I have been riding BIKE MS and its predecessor for more than 30 years. Why, because it makes a tangible difference in the lives of people living with MS. Personally, many of the best things in my life have come from cycling. BIKE MS is an opportunity to give something back to the sport that has given so much to me. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society funds much-needed research, patient navigators and other essential services for those affected by MS. Ride, fundraise, donate or come out a cheer. Together we can make a difference.
