About

Adaptive BIKETOWN is Portland's adaptive bike rental program, a partnership between the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) and Kerr Bikes/Albertina Kerr (though the operator is changing). Its goal is to increase access to cycling for people with disabilities by offering a fleet of adaptive bicycles for rent, including hand-powered, foot-powered, and multi-person cycles. The program offers free one-hour rides to qualifying participants.
