The Alabama Bicycle Coalition (AlaBike) is a statewide, grassroots not-for-profit 501(c)(3) cycling advocacy organization. Its mission is to promote cycling safety, education, and access, and it works with state and local officials to institutionalize bicycle-friendly roads and policies throughout Alabama. The organization was instrumental in the passage of the 3-foot minimum passing law in Alabama in 2015.
