Urban Chestnut Brewing Company (UCBC) is an unconventional-minded yet tradition-oriented brewer of craft beer, operating since 2011. The Grove Brewery & Bierhall, opened in 2014, is the main location for beer production and packaging, offering a large space with seating for over 400. It serves a variety of German and American beer styles alongside European-inspired cuisine from Fordo's Killer Pizza.
