LOWVELO is an annual cycling event and fundraiser dedicated to supporting innovative and lifesaving cancer research at the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, South Carolina. The event, whose name is a combination of "Lowcountry" and "velo" (French for bike), brings together riders, volunteers, and sponsors to raise funds, with 100% of participant-raised dollars going directly to cancer research.
