Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas (BACA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for changes in attitude and public policy to improve the safety, convenience, and acceptance of bicycling. The organization works to promote bicycling as a safe, practical, and equitable means of travel, envisioning a future where Arkansans embrace cycling as an integral part of a healthier and more livable community. BACA was founded in 2004 to support the Big Dam Bridge project and has since grown its mission to serve the rapidly growing cycling community in the Little Rock metro area and surrounding Central Arkansas communities.
