Bike New York is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering New Yorkers and their communities through bicycling. Its mission is to increase ridership, empower youth, remove barriers to cycling, and advocate for expanded services. The organization offers the largest free bicycle education program of its kind, teaching kids and adults how to ride safely and confidently across the five boroughs. Bike New York is also the producer of the annual TD Five Boro Bike Tour, the largest charitable bike ride in the U.S., which funds its extensive education programs.
