BikeWalk NC is a membership-based, statewide advocacy organization promoting non-motorized transportation choices for residents and visitors to North Carolina. Its mission is to lead, support, and inspire advocacy and educational efforts for an environment that fairly, safely, and equitably serves bicyclists, pedestrians, and others using active mobility and human-powered transportation. The organization works with individuals, elected officials, government agencies, and nonprofit sectors to increase access to and safety of active transportation options.
