About
Black Girls Do Bike Rochester is the local chapter of the national non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a vibrant community of women of color who share a passion for cycling. The club promotes cycling for fellowship, fitness, freedom, and fun, aiming to demystify the world of cycling and help new riders overcome barriers to entry. It provides a supportive and inclusive platform for female cyclists to organize group rides, offer guidance, and promote skill-sharing. The chapter actively reinforces the truth that women of color can thrive in cycling, while also promoting bike advocacy, education, and safety within the Rochester community. The club is led by Shero/Moderator Kecia McCullough.
