Evans Bicycles, formerly known as Dolphin Bay Bicycles, is a small bicycle rental and sales shop located on Orcas Island, Washington. Established in 1991 at the Orcas Ferry Landing, the business is owned and operated by Paul Evans, who also builds custom, hand-built bicycle frames. Mr. Evans also teaches computer science and vocational education at the local high school.
