Handlebars Cycle Company is Western New York's premier cycling center, specializing in all styles, shapes, and sizes of bikes. The shop, which began in 1971 as "Mr. Handlebars," was purchased by current owner Peter DePagter in 1979. Staffed by experienced and dedicated cyclists, many of whom actively compete in local, regional, and international races, Handlebars is committed to providing exceptional sales and service. They are the only stocking dealer for Surly Bicycles in WNY and also carry brands like State Bicycle, Officina Battaglin, and Dario Pegoretti. This deep involvement and love for the sport of cycling ensures they remain a top resource for all things cycling in the Buffalo area.
