The Hotter'n Hell Hundred is one of the oldest and largest cycling events in the nation, drawing over 10,000 riders to Wichita Falls, Texas, for four days of challenging activities. The main event is a 100-mile endurance ride held annually on the fourth or fifth Saturday in August, nine days before Labor Day, and is famous for its high temperatures. It also includes a consumer show, mountain bike races, gravel grinders, and criterium races, making it a major community event.
