The Kansas Cycling Association (KCA) is the official Local Association (LA) for USA Cycling in Kansas and the greater Kansas City area. The organization's mission is to promote and support competitive bicycling at every level of the sport, including road, track, mountain bike, and cyclocross. KCA is responsible for the administration of USA Cycling races, local race scheduling, and assisting members with licensing and upgrades.
