Mad Track Arena, formerly the Lexus Velodrome, is home to the only indoor velodrome of its kind in the United States, featuring a 1/10th-mile wooden oval track with steep 50-degree banked turns for high-speed Madison racing. Beyond the velodrome, the 64,000 square-foot facility also includes a 1/8th-mile flat oval track for running, skating, and walking, and serves as a premier event venue for corporate events, parties, and more. It is owned and operated by the Detroit Fitness Foundation, a Michigan-based 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting fitness and community engagement.
