The New York State Bicycle Racing Association (NYSBRA) is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2007 to serve and promote the bicycle racing community across New York State. As a USA Cycling Local Association, NYSBRA's mission is to preserve and grow local racing by supporting promoters, officials, and athletes in road, track, cyclocross, and mountain biking disciplines. The association provides resources, grants, and a unified voice for the state's cycling community, ensuring a safe, fair, and inclusive environment for all riders. They organize and sanction state championship events and work to foster the development of new and experienced racers, from juniors to masters, helping them navigate the USA Cycling category system and achieve their competitive goals.
