The Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) is an annual two-day bike-a-thon that crosses Massachusetts to raise money for cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Founded in 1980, the PMC is the nation's most successful single athletic fundraising event, contributing 100% of every rider-raised dollar directly to the cause. It unites thousands of riders, volunteers, and supporters in the fight against cancer.
