Bike Lab is designed for cyclists and endurance athletes looking to maintain a strong, consistent training base throughout the winter months. Together, we’ll complete a guided indoor cycling program that builds aerobic strength, power, and efficiency to set you up for a successful spring and summer season. Whether you’re preparing for upcoming races or simply want structured, motivating sessions to stay on track, Bike Lab offers a supportive and energetic community environment. We offer rides on Saturday at 7:00am and Sunday at 8:30am from January 11th through April 19th, with flexible options including unlimited rides or an 8-session pack to fit your goals. This is not spin it is indoor cycling on a trainer.
