Authorities issued a Medina Alert after the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said a driver of an SUV intentionally struck two cyclists, critically injuring one Sunday. Alec Jackson was arrested after he was spotted by community members who held him down until officers arrived on scene, police said.
