FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Littleton, Colorado.  March 25, 2026.

Avid Cyclist (AvidCyclist.com), a premier destination for cycling news, community, and resources, is thrilled to announce its new role as the Official Media Partner for The Ride Collective (TRC) for the 2026 cycling season. This strategic partnership unites two organizations dedicated to fostering the love of cycling, celebrating breathtaking scenery, and supporting meaningful charitable causes.

As the Official Media Partner, Avid Cyclist will provide comprehensive coverage leading up to and during all four of The Ride Collective’s highly anticipated 2026 events. The Avid Cyclist team will be on-site at each ride, capturing the energy, stories, and triumphs of participants. In addition to extensive event coverage, Avid Cyclist members will receive an exclusive 10% discount on all TRC ride entries. With an Avid Cyclist membership priced at just $9.95 per year, the savings from a single ride registration nearly doubles the value of the annual membership.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with The Ride Collective,” said Gary Robinson, Owner and CEO of Avid Cyclist. “These four epic rides bring cyclists of all types and abilities together to experience some of the most beautiful landscapes in the country. Beyond the incredible routes, we are deeply moved by TRC’s commitment to giving back to the community. We look forward to sharing the stories of these events and the incredible nonprofits they support.”

The Ride Collective is a portfolio of professionally produced bicycle tours in Colorado and New Mexico, known for their inclusive culture and spectacular host venues. The 2026 event lineup features four distinct and challenging rides, each benefiting specific nonprofit organizations:

The Copper Triangle – August 1, 2026 (Copper Mountain Resort, CO)

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, this 79-mile cycling classic features three climbs over 10,000 feet, including Fremont Pass, Tennessee Pass, and Vail Pass, with a total elevation gain of 6,500 feet. The Copper Triangle proudly supports the Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s.

Enchanted Circle – August 8, 2026 (Red River, NM)

Offering 85 and 100-mile course options, this tour takes riders through the raw, natural beauty of Northern New Mexico along the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway. The event benefits the Red River Valley Foundation.

Tour of the Moon – September 12, 2026 (Grand Junction, CO)

Made famous by the 1980s Coors Classic and the cycling movie American Flyers, this premier road cycling event showcases the towering monoliths and red rock canyons of the Colorado National Monument. Benefiting One Riverfront and Bicycle Colorado, registration is capped at 2,200 participants.

Tour de Vineyards – September 19, 2026 (Palisade, CO)

Celebrating its 32nd year, this scenic tour through Colorado Wine Country offers a leisurely 23-mile route or a challenging 58-mile course. The ride coincides with the Colorado Mountain Winefest and supports The White Line Foundation.

“Charity and community are at the heart of The Ride Collective,” said Connor Ratte, Owner and Ride Director of The Ride Collective. “Having Avid Cyclist as our Official Media Partner will help us amplify the reach of these events and the vital work of our nonprofit beneficiaries.
